Custom Orders & Deposits

Custom or made-to-order knives may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started. Completion timelines are estimates and may vary based on workload, materials, or unforeseen circumstances.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale purchasing is subject to approval. CW Knives reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate wholesale relationships at any time. Wholesale pricing, minimums, and terms are provided separately and are not guaranteed.

Events & In-Person Sales

Products purchased at events, shows, or in-person locations are considered final sale unless otherwise stated. Inventory availability at events may differ from online listings.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. CW Knives is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is transferred to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade and custom products, returns and refunds are limited. If you experience an issue with your order, contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
